Summary:
Stifer is a cold blooded killer, there is no nice way to put it, He kills mostly prostitutes and their pimps, feeling that they are a scourge upon the world that he was sent to destroy.  He has also been known to lock horns with  the supernatural for fun when he's bored.  Many vampires and lycanthropes have fallen to his blades and if he had his way many more to come.  Most people who come in contact with Stifer don't live long, he is a walking death wish, always wanting to be released from the this world so he can go to hell and kill what he has killed once before.  Many have called Stifer "The most insane man in the world" some have called him "Oh shit, not him!" but people that usually see him end up dead a couple of minutes later.  Stifer prefers to kill his victims slowly so they have time to reflect upon their lives and know what they have done wrong while they are bleeding all over the concrete.  Detectives have tried tracking Stifer, profilers have tired doing a profile on Stifer but most just come up short.  Stifer is a man of many voices, one of his favorite things to do is talk to someone in their own voice, just to unnerve them.  He can almost copy any voice, any accent but has a short list of languages that he knows.
